Nothing had prepared me for the comfy feel of taking my first few steps in these New Balance footwear. There is no pinching or tightness and a entire lot of cushioning. The black pair have cool patent-leather type accents that gown them up somewhat. A very nice change from predominantly white athletic shoes.

I have severe foot issues and have a difficult time to finding footwear that I can comfortably put on and appear just right, too.

Nothing I've tried has compelled me to buy a second pair except this one. as the different reviewer mentioned, NO damage in time, I just put these on and ran out. I do, as with all different footwear, put in an arch insole, as my feet crave extra beef up there. They feel excellent and am going to buy any other pair sooner than these get discontinued and I cannot in finding them.
