By the underneathside of the boot I may tell that they had been the best measurement, however the opening at high is merely too narrow to put a foot in. The higher part of the boot could be very inflexible and the elastic doesn't stretch enough to make the hole vast enough. I tried a couple of times, and even with my son actively trying to get them on too, shall we no longer get them on hellos toes.
